Im sure many will waste no time offering D Bledsoe, and being a owner in a few leagues, i wasnt hoping for average #s, but rather the kinda numbers that render a knock out punch to the opposing teams; but i cant get over how poorly Brunell played. Coming off a week against a jacksonville Defence; which had the colts air attack grounded, after going 22 in a row for completions at one points, his performance was eyebrow raising to say the least. I was certain he would carve up the giants 2ndary. He completed 9 passes i think.....thats disappointing , at least with Bledsoe he has showed us already this year that he may morph into a 13th man for the opposing defense!!!!!!

I stopped expecting much from him, so I'm not dissapointed anymore
I'd have to say S Moss. After that huge game, and especially against the GMen, to walk away with only 3 for 39 is tough. I guess they had a bye week to prepare, but still...

The worst part is, I benched Alex Smith after the Cafe members in the "Who to Start/Bench" forum almost unanimously picked Smith
My three 'stud' WRs were below-average to average despite some decent matchups:
Wayne - 8 points (thanks to a late 2-yard TD) Chambers - 3 points (don't get me started) Steve Smith - 6 points
Guys named Berrian, Colston, Cotchery, and Jennings are tearing it up and I'm still waiting for these guys to at least average 10 points per game
I actually picked up Alex Smith to be my bye week QB since both Palmer and Vick were on bye and his points plus the Jags D carried me to a comfortable win.
I think all the players from the Redskins can be lumped into the "Most Disappointing of the Week" category. I don't think anyone imagined that that Redskins offense which looked so good against the Jags the week before would be so inept the week after.

Now that you mention it, I also started Portis (7 points) and Maroney (3 points).
It was one of those nightmare weekends where my entire team decided to suck
And what makes matters worse, my opponent's team also sucked and mine couldn't capitalize on it. I'm down 24 points with Heap playing tonight
