Throwing a TD pass to Yourself.

In '97 Brad Johnson had a passed tipped, which he caught and ran in for a 3 yard touchdown.

I wasnt playing fantasy football back then, but if that happened today would a player get credit for passing yards, a passing TD, receiving yards, and a receiving touchdown?

I had Johnson that year and in my leauge we get double points for players scoring out of position. So I got 6 for Johnson throwing the TD and another 12 for Johnson catching a TD pass.
Gotta love it.

Are you the fantasy relevance police?

It does have everything to do with fantasy, and I was wondering if you got extra points despite the odd scoring of being credited with 2 touchdowns on the same play.

This comment has nothing to do with not being a jerk.

Damon Huard did it earlier this year. He got credited for the completion and catch.

Edit: He did it in week 2 against Denver.

In 1970, George Blanda threw a touchdown pass to himself. It wasn't tipped. He lobbed it down the sideline, sprinted and caught it himself for a ~40 yard TD.

He then kicked the XP.

i meant that it obviously would count for your fantasy team. if brad johnson catchs a touchdown pass of course it counts. ryan longwell threw for a touchdown this year, of course it counts.

it's common sense that's all im saying.
