If true, it would tell me that Hines Ward is not healthy. Bad news for Ward owners...I'm not sure Porter would have much value, except to cover a bye or something. Or unless the Bergermeister starts to light it up.

I hardly see the Steelers picking up either Randy Moss or Porter, since they didn't want to handle Plaxico Burress a couple of years ago.
But I admit the idea is intriguing!
It would be a reversal of idealology for the Stillers to go after a high priced malcontent WR. Can't see it happening........wish it would though. Can't stand to see talent sitting a benches.
I think, therefore I am. I think fantasy, therefore I am unreal?

The Steelers just don't breed good fantasy WR #s.
I would disagree w/ that. Ove the years they have had some good fantasy stat producers. Although not Hall of Fame names, still good stat producers: Louis Lipps, Yancy Thigpen, and even Kordell Stewart was classified as a WR his first year which made him a great pickup considering he played QB too!
I doubt it will happen. But even if it would go through, look who is throwing him the ball if he lands in Pitt. Big Ben has 0 TDs and 7 INTS since the superbowl.
