OMG, what a game!!! It's not over yet but what the hell is going on with the Tampa Bay D!?!?!?! 28 points allowed in the 4th quarter, this is not happening. This is killing my pick 3 for this week. If the score had ended at 28-14 like I thought it was going to I would have had 300 points for the week. I guess 14-6 wasn't a good pick for this game.

If you want to blame someone, blame whoever wrote the rulebook, becuase apparently that WAS leaping. The official rule is:

If a player starts more than a yard behind the line of scrimmage, leaps up, and comes in contact with another player on the way down it is leaping.

That's exactly what happened, weird rule.

More crazy stuff on the last kick though, before it went off the upright, it was actually partially blocked by the Bucs, and it looked like when they tipped it they tipped it back in to the left.
