Lower the opacity on the lighting, lower the opacity on what looks like a pixel stretch. Text isn't bad, but I don't like how the Rex and Grossman are separated, as well as the Chicago and Bears. Put'em on the same level. Its a nice sig, but it could still be better with some minor things.
