I guess you could consider Caddy and Lamont as "buy lows" but I would make sure you buy REALLY low.

Duece McAllister. This guy is being overlooked by everyone because of Bush, but he is getting healthier every week, and it's starting to show. I managed to trade Deuce today for Hass (my QB's are terrible..injured T. Green and Brett Favre), and I think it's a good deal. I see Hass mentioned as a buy low as well, and that's what I was hoping for.

Shaun Alexander- I am pretty big on trading for players while they are injured, since their value is so low.

That can be a dangerous strategy that can end up in you wasting roster space for a good part of the season. But with Alexander it would be a great move. He will be back soon, having less wear and tear on his body and the Hawks have a cupcake schedule for the most part.
