It's still up in the air right now... I wouldn't count on using him until the Monday Night game v. KC....

Read on Yahoo that Callahan was hoping for the CLE game, but was more likely to be the KC game.

I need him back.

I'd expect him to produce his first game back because Oakland needs him desperately if they want to make a playoff run. Callahan will find a way to get him the ball.

I have him, but I am not planning on playing him, until he earns the starting spot.

I need the guy in a big way. It is starting to sound like he will be available this weekend.

Only 5 WR allowed 3 start - have Ward, Holt, C Johnson, Porter and Javon Walker. A decent first 3, but Walker didn't do jack to cover Holt's bye, I doubt he does jack to cover Johnson's bye, and he'll probably do even less when we really need him the following week to cover Ward's bye.

3 bye weeks in a row and looking at starting javon Walker isn't a good option. I might use Porter if he is ready just because Walker stinks.

Kevin Johnson, McCardell, Darnerian McCants types are the guys I could add for $5, but they don't tempt me too much either. When you're shopping for the 51st best WR pickings are slim.
The meek ain't gonna inherit $#!%....'cuz I'll TAKE IT!

If you just need a bye week fill in, go with the guy who is most likely to get catches. Out of those three, McCardell is the LEAST LIKELY to get shut out catch wise. The Browns and Redskins have a lot of other options as far as talent and options are concerned.

i agree. need to win games right now, and there are a lot better options to go with before using porter. if porter is your backup to the backup, you better start making some moves now.

use this week to really monitor porter - see if he's worth the coveted slot.
Post your link, I will answer yours to the best of my knowledge.
