Daunte loves to throw to him to, but is more multi-dimensional than Frerotte. Also, I think that Daunte's back injury is a lot more serious than people are letting on and he'll in and out all season.
I can't say I agree with all of that. I agree that Moss is a great receiver and probably in the top two in the NFL, but you're wrong about the Culpepper/Frerotte issue. Culpepper will have had 4 weeks to rest and every indication that we've gotten is that he'll be 100% by next week. I also think that Culpepper is better for Moss than Frerotte will ever be. If you notice, Frerotte never really had a "good" pass to Moss, it was just lobbing it up and letting his receiver do the work. Defenses have to watch out for Culpepper's running ability and thus, less double coverage on Moss.

I fully agree with you V-Hawk, I just liked it because he had him number 1. I reallt don't think Frerotte was a very good passer. We played really bad teams, and he always under-threw Moss, and Cambell, and Burelson. He just doesn't have a very good arm. But, he is accurate.
how can you say that? warrick has been excellent and consistent. the tight ends have been getting more involved and the rookie, kelley washington is a big receiver who has already begun to develop into a nice option underneath.
all that is beyond the running game, which should return to normal (dillon) in week 7.

Yeah, but if anything, all of these developing weapons will do nothing but ease some coverage off from CJ, enabling the big numbers to continue.
Not that I agree with the original statement either.
I'm not so excited about seeing Dautne come back after the bye, in a fantasy perspective. Im a vikes fan and i want to see them win, with culpepper in they have the best chance. But besides the first game moss had no good performances with Daunte at QB. Frerotte throws to moss almost exclusively. That being said i think moss is the best WR in the league. Harrison is awesome too, but he has a much better throwing QB to rely on.
Anyways, where do you see Driver fitting into the list, maybe 12-15th.

I came close to listing Driver at my #10 spot, but went Hines Ward instead. I think I was just high on Driver after his big game Sunday.
Still, I'd be shocked if he didn't finish in the 12-15 range. Good #1 fantasy WR, GREAT #2 fantasy WR.
