Cafe Games Talk - Week 7

Postby eagles21 » Sun Oct 22, 2006 4:06 pm

Man, what a crazy week so far. Jacksonville getting destroyed by Houston, Philly losing to the Bucs and the Raiders 17-0 already over the Cardinals? 8-o 8-o

I bet a lot of Lucky Ladders will be broken early and MM members are taking a big hit this week.

Yeah I'll be posting a goose egg for my ladder today. I'm sure I won't be alone. So far I got 2 of my 3 MM picks. (Thank you Green Bay!) But it's not looking good for Arizona in the first half. They are making Oakland look like a playoff team.

Lots of upsets. WE are going to lose a bunch of MM players.... Sweet.... ;-D

Man, I'm messed up this week, hopefully I can stay alive in the games other than lucky ladders, seeing as I'm already out of that. :-o :-t :-[ :-C

Matchup Meltdown players are getting DESTROYED today (including me). Oakland is likely going to win and a lot of people picked the Vikings to lose and they are going to win.

I'm kind of glad I still have one pick. ;-D

Since the Vikings are WINNING I only have one pick left now, thank goodness the Skins are gonna lose to the Colts.

Anyone who has a bye in MM needs to use it before it's too late. So many people with a bye went down this week. I laugh at you.

I'm doomed next week.

What do you have left Snipershot?

I have 1 pick left without a bye. I'm on MM life-support right now. !+)

I've got 2 whole picks. I wasted my bye on week 5 when there were like no upsets. A waste I tell you. But I consider myself experienced with very few picks. I was down to 1 pick on week 4 last season and managed to make it up to week 10. Didn't make it through week 10 for that icon though which hurt alot. Instead of using my bye I took the Giants at home to beat a struggling Minnesota team. Little did I know Brad Johnson would turn that team totally around and they made a charge for the playoffs beginning there.

Won't happen this year.

But comparing last years Sweet Sixteen game to MM this year is like comparing apples to oranges. It's pretty much a totally different game.
