If the Vikes really want to compete, they'll loosen the purse strings a little to land Schaub.

Brad Johnson doesn't have what it takes to get them to the "next level." He won a Super Bowl with the Tampa Bay Bucs a few years ago - what's the next level beyond the Super Bowl, exactly?

Why? Childress really likes Tavaris. What's the point in locking themselves into a big contract for someone who will, at most, just keep the seat warm for a year?

Tarvis Jackson, I think ATL will try and re-sign Schaub but I really have no idea what ATL thinks of their passing situation, or lack of.

I know he won a SB, he did have what it took back then, but he is too old in my eyes now to really push the Vikes any farther than they can go, and not many defenses are going to do what those Bucs did either. At this stage in his career he doesn't stretch the D enough or create enough by himself to win a SB, that's all I'm saying.

I really like Brad a lot...he's definitely a class act and EXACTLY what the team needs THIS year with all of the changes that were made. That being said, I agree wholeheartedly with the above statement. Next year it will be Tavarious by midseason at the latest.
That's my two cents and it's worth every penny of it!

Brad Johnson will be our QB next year. If by some reason he doesn't play then it will be Tarvaris.
