What's with CHAMBERS!??!??

He's terrible and does nothing for me but week after week I see him ranked in the top 20 fantasy receivers by 'experts'. Does anyone think he is actually gonna be anything this year?

I dont know what to think about chambers. He had a huge second half last year and im banking on it happening again.
