Did Baltimore blow it??

Did baltimore blow it by not getting leftwich in the draft?

Suggs is playing well (4 sacks I think) so he is turned out
to be an asset.

Boller. Man, what can I say about Boller. It isn't his fault.
He is young. Maybe he is the QB of the future for baltimore, but I think that redman should be playing now.

I'd be happy if Boller matures as much as Ramsey did after his first year...

I'd have to say they rushed him to start. Given they are using the running game, they could have used redman and let Boller have more time to adjust. Oh well, trial by fire.

Leftwich wouldn't do much more with the receivers Boller has. If you watch the games, I believe all but one game there has been a dropped long range TD pass. There's no Jimmy Smith in Baltimore. Heap is good yes, but offenses are shutting him down because they know he is the only reliable option to throw it to.

Remember, this is a team that took Dilfer to the Super Bowl. Suggs was a better choice because as we all know, defense wins championships.
