Once again my $$ league team puts up a good score, and once again it goes for naught.

Every week but one this season my opponent has had their best game of the season. I have the highest scoring team in the league and I'm going to be sitting at 3-5.

I don't know whether to cry or vomit.

Just felt the need to vent.

Join the club. I managed to win this week..but I can't tell you how many times I've played the worse team in the league only to have them blow up on me for a ton of points.

8 Team standard scoring, start 1 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 TE, 1 K, 1 D/ST. I'm averaging almost 111 a game.

What gave you that idea, the fact that I used that word in the OP?

I was venting about my team in general and not about a specific game so I didn't post it in GC. If the mods wanna move it that's fine with me.

At least you know that you can turn it around if you stop getting the bad matchups. You know you have a great team. You just have to stop getting the unlucky matchups and you'll start rolling.

I would have more pity on you if I didn't just have to go on a 2 game winning streak in a $$$ league to get to 3-5. I'm top 3 in points....maybe 1st now i'll have to see how things settle out. The 8-0 guy has a mediocre team and he's in my division.

The guy in first in my league was undefeated and i took him down this week with a bye stricken team. Portis and Ronnie Brown were on Byes. I started a pefect team almost.

If I hold on tonight, (I def. should), I'll move to 4-4, though I'm easily leading in points, nearly 100 more than the first place 7-1 team.

I easily lead leauge in "strength of schedule" avg. over 100 points against.

Oh, and now I get to have Tatum join Hass on my injury list.
