Time to get Chris Chambers?

Postby waterproof » Tue Oct 31, 2006 8:52 am

He's 2005 2nd half made his season last year. He's had a slow start again in 2006. Any thoughts on him turning it around? Projections the rest of the way? buy low or pass by?

I moved Berrian for him because Chambers practically averages 100yd and a TD per game in the final 6 every season. Definitely the time to get him for cheap.

I wouldn't mind picking up Chambers on the cheap but I sure wouldn't send one your starters for him. Teams are doing everything they can to take him out of the Fins game plan and even when he does get open whoever is playing QB can't come close to getting him the ball. Not someone I would start unless you have bye week, I hate to say it.

Someone traded Pennington for him in my league wich was the bargain of the century IMO. Personaly, I don't think Harrington is that bad, he certainly isn't so bad that he should ruin fantasy #s for his recievers. Chambers has never had a great QB and has always gotten healthy in the red zone. I would love to trade for him.

smh....so you would trade berrian, who has a solid qb and has been performing well all year, for a wr who hasnt done a single thing this year, and has a qb who cant throw deep for crap....

this is the prime example of why players names carry value, you would get laughed at in my league for this trade, especially if u did it recently....he's probably going to be thanking you for some time
