Most important players for the Redskins to keep?

Since maybe Snyder will focus on retaining proven players instead of signing unproven or washed up free agents (or overpaying legitimate good players like Randle El), I was thinking of who are the most important players for this team to keep. I came up with this list:

1) Portis
2) Taylor
3) Washington
4) Cooley
5) Rogers
6) Daniels

I don't buy into this offensive line as the second comign of the Hogs. Samuels is a false start machine, Janses gets beat by any decent DE, and Thomas is aging. In fact, I value Thomas the most of the five.

Also, notice Moss doesn't make the list. This is a running team first, and they'll have to dramatically overpay Moss to keep him around. I think that Randle El, with his speed, could do everything Moss does if they took him off of returns. With what Portis is paid, the offense should be focused on him (unless Danny wants to spend on offense and let the tremendous defensive talent depart, as he did Pierce who's a top-5 MLB these days). I'd like to see our top-10 pick this draft go towards a tall Burress-like WR. This will give Campbell a much-needed Go-To/bailout guy next season.

have you done research on FA or UFAs are the guys you listed in contract years. Moss stays pretty sure he has like 3 years left or maybe 2, Casey raubach is by far the best O linemen out there. samuels and jansen arent' going anywhere. but depth should be addressed in the draft. though the skins have pretty much botched any hopes of a decent draft for the next 2-3 years.

I think that this is a good question, but one that I'm having a hard time coming up with a good answer, other than Portis. It bothers me that we're running the team like a credit card against the salary cap and not showing anything for it.

The team just looks so flawed this year, and I can't pinpoint the problem (though I'm no brunell fan). I hate hate hate that we're almost out of the playoff picture by early November.

What I'm having a hard time understanding is: why, at 2-5, are we not letting Campbell in there - is he that bad? I suppose we're not mathematically eliminated yet, but once (if? haha) we get that 7th loss I'll be disgusted if he's not in there.
