Who were the guys touting LEFTWICH earlier this season?

I've got to admit fellas, I was very skeptical. And I know the only game I've seen of his was against the lowly Chargers, but he looks good. And not just in terms of keeper leagues (in which he is a MUST acquisition - kinda like Vick in 2001). He's a viable fantasy starter in a fantasy QBBC.

Those you can say "I told you so", please step forward and be recognized. I want to tip my hat to you.

I picked him up with Bulger, Hasselbeck & McNabb on my roster I feel comfortable about dealing QBs for upgrades at RB & WR.
... in my opinion, of course - but that should always go without saying.

Wish the Panthers could have drafted him. But 4-0, who's to complain :-b

Hey the guy is a great talent and i defintely think he will be a star to come in this league. However even mentioning vick in the same paragraph doesnt make sense. Left... will do alright but lets not forget a rookie qb who only played 4th quarters of mop up games and a whole game against the chargers isnt ready to be thrown into the fantasy starting lineup yet.

I agree it's early for proclaiming him a success, but it's much better to be early on a guy than late as a fantasy GM.

He's not Vick yet, but his early career is pretty similar so far, and I remember a lot of similarly cautious reactions to Vick the rookie. I wasn't a believer there til it was way too late.

lol he'll never be Vick. He's got tree stumps for legs...absolutely no mobility. How can he be remotely compared to Vick?

Forest Whitaker with shoulder pads.
