all of my sigs are too big for the cafe, because of the maximum quality or something like that. How do I lower that so that the sig will fit the file size?

what prog are you using? if photoshop....use the "save for web" feature.

file>save for web

then just select jpeg and move the slider under its under 12kbs and save it.

If you're using PSP... run optimizer and set below 12kb when you save.
