Seriously, this is a good move for MSU. Smith just wasn't getting the job done. You think Mooch is the man? Any other rumors?

Well, it'd been a popular rumor with him and Izzo being buddies and all that. But honestly I have no idea. I hadn't really heard any other possibilities as of yet.

I guess I just feel like if they are abandoning the year, the should have canned him after the ND loss, showing that's simply unacceptable.

Time will tell I guess. This just finally now broke in on ESPNews.

Because no one wants to live in East Lansing. :-b

If they get Mooch and Keith Nicol holds strong with his commitment, MSU should be a good team in 2 or 3 years.

Per Pat Forde on ESPN, JLS will coach remainder of year last 3 games and a bowl if it happens.

LOL Forde also reported Saban may be a potential target the way the Dolphins are playing right now. :-b
