Even though he was an enemy of mine, I had to admit that what he had accomplished was a brilliant piece of strategy. First, he punched me, then he kicked me, then he punched me again-Jack Handey
Heres the cellar dweller from my private league; he tied in heartbreaking fashion this week against the second place team
Vick, Brees(picked up after drafting Culpepper)
SJax, JJ, Foster
Sa. Moss, Housh, Re. Williams, Edwards, Stallworth
Gonzo, Witten
Longwell
NYG, MIN
He was down 73-74 to the second place team this week, with Longwell to play. He scored over 70 last week also and lost a close one, and with our leagues retarded scoring, the league leader has less than 600 points, which equals about 70 points per game. His craptastic WR corps has done him in, that and Gonzo not doing much(only 1 pt. for 20 yards, no ppc)
Thanks to eagles21 for the awesome sig
2011:
Representin' the Cafe in the IBL league: 73-34, 15-8 in Championship Tier playoffs BBKL: 7-6 Money league: 9-4, #1 seed one and done
Kept Domanick Davis? Drafted Chambers in 2nd RD? You should have drafted a QB there and you may have been fine. No reason for Warner in a league with only 1 QB starting. You did get screwed by Lamont Jordan, but so did I. I am still feeling some affects, but I did some deals and turned my team around. Check here: http://www.fantasyfootballcafe.com/foru ... p?t=296568
QB: Brees, Delhomme
RB: Barber, Droughns, J. Lewis, F. Taylor
WR: C. Johnson, Driver, R. Brown, Reggie Williams, Bennett
TE: Miller, Shockey
K: Wilkins
DEF: San Diego
She's thin at WR, but 0-8? Ouch.

Battmann 3 things to understand we had to declare keepers a week after the NFL draft. No Reggie Bush in Houston and noone knew yet that Davis was injured beyond repair. Also being a keeper league there were 42 players removed from the player pool before the draft began so Chris Chambers was effectively a 5th round selection. Finally much to my surprise 11 of the 14 teams kept QBs so the QB pool was thin going into the draft. The only QBs worth even considering in the 3rd round were Vick, Delhomme, Rivers, Warner and Big Ben. In retrospect I would have been better off taking one of the other QBs but that is why this team is 0-8.

I really like how you tried to be a jerk about the guy's decisions, but instead, your post ended up making you sound like the idiot. Dom Davis was easily a 2nd round pick before his knee started acting up. And pretty much everyone thought Chambers was going to have a big year. And Warner was a good QB value selection before the season started.
Also, way to try to get help in return. Like that was going to happen.
