Trade Target: Ahman Green

Someone dropped him so I happily picked him up off the ww. Came in handy those two weeks where he laid a 100+ yards and a couple of TDs. Beautiful. I love it when a plan comes together.

The downside to this theory is that if Green Bay is out of contention by the time fantasy playoffs come around (very likely), the other two guys may get more time in preparation for next year. Green Bay now has three pretty darn good backs, and for a rebuilding team, they probably shouldn't keep them all if they can trade them for something of value.

Hard to say, but something to keep in mind before you sell the farm for Ahman Green right now.

(Huge Packer fan and Ahman Green fan, so not a knock on his skills at all. I think this is the best he's looked since his last ProBowl year.)

I have a bet with a friend in one of my leagues (before opening day) that Frank Gore gets more fantasy points than Green this year. (our scoring, heavy on TDs). Right now Green is winning.
