psychobilly_VT wrote:Wow look at that, give LT the ball and then you get a comfortable lead. amazing. i hate coaches. I hate STL rams for not giving holt the ball the last 2 games too. Why don't they realize they have these people on the field for a reason. I can only imagine what kind of numbers LT would have right now if he was up to a decent amount of carries. Probably over 200 yards and 1 more td.
I couldn't agree more. I'd forecasted that SD would pound the rock the 1st half with LT and then the same in the 2nd with Turner, with Rivers being the 2nd option. And while Rivers didn't have a bad day stats-wise [18/27 190 yds NO TOs] he's certainly had better outings. Is that due to the CLV defense or the SD offense? Not sure but regardless they should have lived or died with the running game from the jump, especially against CLV. Do you think Belechick will make the same mistake tonight vs Indy?

Not a chance....Mr. Bill has won several superbowls because he has something that most NFL coaches don't have on a consistent basis.....COMMON SENSE!!! He will run the rock right at that Colts D in an attempt to control the ball and keep Peyton off the field as much as possible. Just my opinion, but it makes COMMON SENSE to me.
That's my two cents and it's worth every penny of it!

Thank you LT. Thank you so much. No matter how they try and hold you back, you always turn it on.

Of course not. That's exactly why I started Maroney. He should be $$$ tonight!

Only two? What a crock! Wait till the rest of the league catches on to what only you've [seemingly] figured out!
