Now that Troy is back there, I feel a lot more confident in the defense. archu-poop-aletta really made a mess of things.
Troy has played Defense against andy reid for 4 years recently i think that will help a lot.

that said i don't think the redskins win but i am forever hopeful. I really hope the gregg williams play calling and D execution of last year show up for this tough game.

yea i agree, archuleta messed everything up. Our offense has to step up its game this week, especially brunell and the recieving core.

Key to the game: DEFENSE please make a play. While last week wasnt great they played DECENT against a very powerful offense..... this was the same offense that posted 35 pts on carolina, a def i view as one of the best overall defenses in the NFL. But other than the blocked Field Goal we havent had crap for momentum building turnovers this year. I think this game will be the test for our D to prove if we can hang with playoff caliber offenses down the stretch. Im not saying whether we will win or lose but in order to win i think our def must make a play.

I think the Defense NEEDS to score if we are to have a shot.

Our offense needs to play perfect.

Brunell has never lost vs Philly.

Philly has never lost coming off a bye week under Andy Reid.

WE really need to win this. If we can win this game. Man how different things would look. We would be 2nd place in the division. 4-5 record with a trip to 2-6 (soon to be 2-7 ) Bucs.

That could be a very winnable game and then we would be .500 coming back home for a 3 game stretch.

Gibbs teams ALWAYS seem to play well later in the season.

But I fear I'm looking a bit ahead of myself. WE have some business to take of tomorrow. But man... A win would be absolutely outstanding.
