So I dont really want to bring the mood down in the Cafe but I just need release some stress though typing. As some of you may know I'm here in Stockton CA. caring for my dad. He has a laundry list of medical problems and to be honest its really just a matter of time, it could be 5 days, 5 weeks, 5 months or 5 years though hes a very awsomely strong and stubborn man. Well anyways I had to call 911 wednesday morning because he was going into heart failure, they were able to stabilize him and he is currently in respiratory intensive care but is coming along fairly well. He has a pretty common condition called CHF(Congestive Heart Failure) where your heart does not pump as forcefully as it should, causing congestion of fluids in your lungs and other tissue.

Well thats why I havent been here at the Cafe the past couple days and wont be on much for at least the next few days. But I'll still stop in when I get a chance to assault you all with my poor humor and thread hijackings.

I'm really sorry to hear that, Met. I think it's tremendously admirable that you're down there taking care of your dad. I hope that he gets through this.

I almost lost my Dad to an unexpected heart attack a couple years ago. Freaking scary. You have time, and I admire you taking the time in your life to spend with your Dad.
