The Gnarled Feline achieves what the Dark Sailor could not
What is Lacking will be Received

Two High Powers face off
One of better historical Providence
Two Revered Arms in Battle
One to take Significant Advantage

yep, number 3 is panthers at colts.
Cancerous fires (all the smokes they make in the carolinas) burn in oval-town (if you need explanation as to why this is indy....)

Bucky- I thought terpfan's might be TB (the baby care company=johnson and johnson) but each line seems to be about a different game.... who knows. As for mine. Quatrain I is not TB v. Washington and EC is not NYG vs NE.... hee hee

Yeah, I too am unsure of what this has to do with football. But I love it because it seems to suggest football fans aren't dumb meatheads after all (though I'm not sure why it suggests that) and I can show this to my girlfriend as proof that guys like me (there I go assuming you're all/mostly male) can be funny.

Mine is actually washington and tampa. i didnt think it owuld be hard ot guess THAT much (even without seeing the riddle )but it was fun anyway.
