Great question. It's not the quantity that counts, it's the quality. I have no idea about the "new" guy, but I know Blitz is pretty active in the Help Forums.

Who gives a rip about post counts? Does anyone think that just because I have 6K posts my posts are better than a guy with 60 posts?

I think Twister worded this odd. Maybe not odd, but curious. He mentioned 'older guys'. You wouldn't know who the 'older guys' were unless you pay attention to everyone's posts and 'know' your fellow Cafers. Yet he still mentioned the high post counts, which is the curious part, because high post count definitely does not equal intelligence. One of the most intelligent guys at the Cafe only has about 3000 posts. I pay much closer attention to what he has to say over others with many more posts. There's a guy on the Darkside who I consider to be one of the most knowledgable posters on either side. Yet I don't think he's got even 2000 posts over there and probably only about 100 here. He only averages a little over 2 posts a day, yet I'd rather chat it up with him than just about anybody. Of course, there are others with high post counts that I respect greatly, but it has nothing to do with how many times they've clicked 'Submit', but what they've typed before that.
