I don't think this thread really has a 'right' forum, but I'll put it here. What is the best games you have ever been to, any sport.
I have to say
1. OSU @ PSU last year-simply amazing
2. NEB @ PSU a few years ago, kicked their highly ranked butts and went on to be a top team from there
3. NE @ PIT when we went 15-1 and ended their huge winning streak

Pretty sweet games to go to. I've never been to any game of any import. Maybe UConn V LSU (basketball, idiot) last year during the regular season. LSU wasn't ranked, but they gave us quite a scare (and then did well in the tourney).
ADMIN edit: please note that the overall sig limit is 12k - thanks! (Thanks Leber) AIM is like multiplayer notepad
Had the best seats in the house: right behind the field goal posts Doug Brien missed to. That had to be the loudest I've ever yelled, and I couldn't even hear myself.
2. Falcons @ Steelers in The Tie
Another awesome game; sucked that Plax didn't get into the endzone at the end.
Kudos to Leber for the amazing sig and to Metroid for the userbar and making them both fit 2008 and 2009 Defunct Dynasty League Champion
No doubt the final game of regular season for the Browns in '02
Beating the Falcons 24-16, coming up with a HUGE goaline stand to win the game, against Vick in the Dirty Birds. This win ended up giving the Browns a birth in the playoffs. Their first in 8 years.
The Browns in 2002 were probably the worst skilled football team to ever make the playoffs
This is basically what their offense looked like
QB- Couch and Holcomb
RB- William Green
WR's- Kevin Johnson, Quincy Morgan, Dennis Northcutt, and Andre Davis
TE- Marc Campbell and Steve Heiden
1. I saw UC almost knock off Maurice Clarrett and co. a few years back. I believe OSU was #1 then, and UC wasn't ranked, but we almost ruined there nat'l championship season.
2. I saw UC play Memphis (basketball) last season. That was pretty amazing, as Memphis had, IMO, the most talented team in the nation. We almost beat them actually.
I think I was something like 0-8 at Reds games this season
Worst game I've ever seen (on TV): Bengals playoff game last season and when Kenyon Martin broke his leg in '99 (even though I didn't watch it)
the only games i go to are Redskins games or Capitals hockey games. so the best Skins game I've seen was this season redskins v. cowgirls, block kick/retrurn/facemask penalty/game winning kick then the overtime win last season vs sheattle

The best game of any sporting event I ever attended was the 1990 women's Regional Volleyball Finals match between Nebraska and Penn State. Women’s Volleyball is huge in Lincoln, and Nebraska is once again ranked #1 in the nation this year. In 1990 we were pretty good, but Penn State was a force. They came into the match 42-0, having lost two games all season. That’s unheard of. Nebraska had only two losses, to top-ranked Stanford and to third-ranked Pacific, both road matches. The NU Coliseum is one of, if not THE best places to see a volleyball match in the country, a sentiment that’s been echoed by many, many college and USA Olympic Team coaches throughout the years. That night, in front of another sell-out crowd, the Coliseum was absolutely deafening. There was literally dust falling from the rafters, that’s how loud we were. Despite our underdog status, we won the match in four games and went on to the Final Four. Watching my Huskers knock off the #2 team in the nation and dominating in the process was awesome, and easily the best sporting event I’ve ever been to.
