I was thinking a mural of the field would be cool, but the stencil thing would definitely be easier and would still be nice. I actually like that idea ;-D

Get a replica of the Joe Pa statue outside Beaver Stadium. :-B

Just paint the place penn state colors.
Get some memorabilia.
A sweet video game system set-up.

I like this idea the most. I am moving in a week also. I however am dreading it, I hat moving more than anything in the world. :-P
