gotta go with Palmer here. He and the bengals will be dogfighting until the final whistle in week 17 to make the playoffs. And the only way Cincy can win games is to score a milllion pts a game.
This Portis owner, who is a dynasty league, traded his 3rd WR and a draft pick from next year's rookie draft for Tiki. The team that had Tiki was in last place and with Tiki retiring needed to look to next year. I'm @ .500, or was , and am scrambling for a playoff spot.

Well, I only have Portis in one league, the H2H Pacific league. After winning it last year, I'm currently 5-6 and need to win the last two games to have a shot at the playoffs.
When Portis was hurt early in the year, I played Michael Turner -- this was when he got carries late in the game -- and that actually worked out alright. Right now I'm going with D'Angelo Williams, to go along with Warrick Dunn, who has been my #2.
in the league i have Portis i still can try to win the championship. we start 2 RBs and 1 WR/RB. with Portis, i had him and Westbrook at RB and W Parker at WR/RB. now i have Westbrook and Parker at RB and either Maroney or a WR like B Edwards or D Branch at WR/RB.
My league is actually pretty interesting, because in the 6 team playoff system, top 2 get byes, and right now another owner and i are tied for 2nd place- I have Portis, he has McNabb, so we both took a hit. Since it is a dynasty league, I decided I wanted to win this year, despite Portis' injury so I went out and traded for Tiki Barber, even though he is useless for the dynasty after this year.
