Can you play defense in Fantasy Football?

I like the idea of the bench scoring being the amount of defense points allotted next week.

How about instead of your points left on the bench, though, you use your opponent's bench score for the point allotment? It would prohibit further steamrolling by elite teams and perhaps give a boost to bottom rung teams.

For example, last week, the guy who has LT (and is in first at 8-3. The bulk of us are at 6-5, with two at 3-8) also had JLew on his bench, whom he picked up off of WWs. To give him a further advantage this week might put him out of reach, but the guy that was beat soundly could use a break.

I also like the idea of the training camp as it puts more emphasis on a good draft.
