Does anyone know what happened to Harvin and if he is OK?

Harvin was hit in the neck and temporarily lost feeling. He had feeling in his arms and legs at all times. He probably could have walked off of the field but they just took him off on a stretcher to be safe. It turned out to just be a stinger and he was actually on the sidelines at the conclusion of the game. He should play against Arkansas.
