Will he be effective this game after being off for 5 weeks?
I know it's Green Bay which should help, but really hate to take a chance on him if there is doubt.
I'm starting Hasslebeck in one league over Bulger. Bulger and the Rams look so horrible at this point that I'm willing to gamble a bit and hope Hass isn't too rusty.
In any case, I've got a few days to mull it over and keep an eye out for news.
uhhh for this week i'd use bulger....last week was vs the panthers, and this week he is facing the 49ERS! but in the future i don't see a problem with sitting him for hasselbeck, cuz beck has a great schedule for the rest of the season (especially week 14, when the rams visit the bears )
Thanks to deluxe_247 for sig, he is welcome to sail with the Captain too! I will win all of the fantasy cafe games.....next year
Rusty enough to lose to the pack. That's my story and i'm sticking to it. I'd seriously start Hass with confidence. If they think he's ready to play he should be ready to play.
ADMIN edit: please note that the overall sig limit is 12k - thanks! (Thanks Leber) AIM is like multiplayer notepad
Seattle will probably run more than the last few weeks with SA back... that should set the table for Matt to go with lot's of short under the coverage stuff...
The question is will he throw in the red zone or will they go with last years strategy of sending SA for the line?
With the loss of Hutch on the left side... I'd guess they'll throw for the endzone more...
I don't think rusty is the word. I think rested is. He is going to light it up big time Monday night. Mark my words. Anyone that has any Seattle wideouts insert them in your lineup if you didn't already.
With the game being against Green Bay, Holmgren will most likely just pound the ball with Alexander. However, Collins and Manuel have been just pitiful.
