I think this is stupid considering I am obviously overpaying for him, but whatever. At one point I offered Roy Williams, Rudi, and Bulger for LT and Eli and he didn't do it. I figuire its not worth completely busting my team for LT. I feel my trade was quite fair, am I correct?

No offense, but you offer was underpaying by a lot.

Obviously overpaying? That offer is horrible and I wouldn't even consider it, even if Mason or Kennison were my best WR. LT is outscoring Holt and Rudi COMBINED, almost every week. Rejecting that offer isn't stupid; thinking it would be accepted is.

No, you're not. Bulger and Eli are pretty much a wash right now, so you're back to Rudi and Roy for LT. That's NOT EVEN CLOSE to enough. Offer me SJax, Holt AND Roy or SJax, Holt/Roy and Chicago and I might bother to counter.

Sorry, I should have mentioned I offered these trades around week 8 when Holt and Bulger were completely going off and Eli has been horrid the whole season.

At that time, if you offered Roy/Rudi/Holt, it possibly could be enough to get LT (or at least to get him to think about it)..

Just wanted to hop on board w/ the LT rant. He is w/o a doubt making the guy who owns him in my league unbeatable. His team was 1-4 through the first 5 games, he is currently on a 6 game winning streak, soon to be 7, just took over the points lead from me last week and will be in first place after tonights game. I think its unreal how much LT has been helping teams. And I agree that he won't make a bad team win, but a he has made decent teams competitive and solid teams unstoppable. I do give him credit tho, the guy who's got LT also has Brees and Palmer playing which score him 70-80+ per game just between the three of them over the last few weeks. So even if he got lucky w/ LT going nuts this year, he drafted two solid QBs making his team unstoppable.

god, I beat the LT team team this week--and I know it is pedestrian by his lofty standards, but still, and he had boldin and owens this week too. In another league, I narrowly lost to the LT team in week 10, (by one point and change), and that's the weekLT had 4 td's. One guy is a godsend, but you can overcome it, definitely.
The opening scene of the movie "Saving Private Ryan" is loosely based on games of dodgeball Brian Dawkins played in second grade.
