This is total garbage. I got a free keg from a party last Saturday and I'm trying to keep it cold until my party this Saturday. High 60s all week and I'm going through a 40lb bag of ice every 1.5 days. This time of year, I shouldn't need ice! Each bag is $5. Soon, I would've been better off just getting a new keg.

I priced a Kegerator, but I wouldn't get it in time. Also, it's pretty pricey.

LOL, well it seems like the weather people were wrong again. And not just slightly wrong, but way, WAY wrong. All 4 major TV affiliates warned of terrible commute times due to heavy snowfall and/or freezing rain and what do I see when I get up this morning? Nothing. No snow, no rain, and not as cold as they said it'd be.

Guess I should put the snowblower back into storage when I get home. :-P

@ BH: You should make arrangements with a local supermarket or restaurant to keep your keg in their freezer or something. Or just shove it into the ice chest at the gas station without telling anyone and watch it all day so no one steals it, lol.

I believe he is a fellow Texan, which I'm sure is probably the case, because same thing here in the Texas Panhandle right now. Sunny, 75 degrees Tuesday, yesterday, 4 inches of snow and low 20's, wind chill of -10. :-o
