Text is bad. Mine's bad but you need to work on your's a lot more.

Also, I think you could use more layers. I generally use up to 10 or so for my background.

I can't really comment on the wall that much other than text and lighting because my first wall sucks and I haven't made one since.

As for your Pennington side, first thing I saw was the text. Not great. I like the idea of making it like a mirror-like thing but you gotta blend that text more into the background. From the looks of it, it looks like it's some random color that doesn't exactly match the bg. I'm not a big fan of "head-only" renders and it looks like you didn't do too much with the lighting. I'd try some effects such as the different layer styles. I like the bg but I think you can take it to a next level. The bg is your strongest point.
