I like it. Maybe the red is a little too bright on the left side, but not a big deal at all. ;-D

Desaturate the BG pic and make it less of a focus. Also add a drop shadow to the pic. I like the color and text. Good feel here.

Maybe add a drop shadow like someone said earlier.
