Trung Canidate injury.

Heard Trung was injured and wondered if anyone had heard how severly?? I have Betts and was wondering what kind of value he may gain. When you combine Trung and Ladell's stats most week, you get a pretty solid runner (this past week not included!).

trung has a high alkel sprain. Betts to has a sprained ankel but it might be one of those he can play through. Trung's is more severe. keep watching for status updates.

Curtis Martin and Marshall Faulk had high ankle sprains last year. News does not bode well for Canidate's performance. I wonder if Betts stock is improving now, or he is just a tech bubble waiting to bust.

I don't think he is very bad. I do think this is more of a reason to give the ball to Betts more.

a little more about trung's condition

Canidate suffered what club officials described as a mild high ankle sprain. He got the ankle re-taped and walked up and down the sideline, but could not prove to the coaches and medical staff that he was well enough to play.

Backup tailback Ladell Betts also limped off the field because of a twisted ankle, but returned and ran for 37 yards on 13 carries. Betts, if healthy, likely would become the Redskins' featured runner at Buffalo if Canidate is sidelined, perhaps complemented by speedy rookie Sultan McCullough.

(The Sultan is good, might be the FF nugget everyone has been waiting for, if anyone has been waiting.)
