Funny, I was just wondering before that happened if they could catch the Bengals sleeping by chipping the ball instead of bumping it off the ground.
I guess I was wrong, but in this case it's a good wrong.
I don't know, I just think the Ravens would have been better off kicking a normal on-side kick. With the ball wet, they would have a decent chance of recovering.

The same way you fair catch a Kick-off...which is the same as a punt...the first two are just rare..trust me..I've done it on Madden by accident many times.
Because the ball hasn't touched the ground is basically why is my guess.
Well, I didn't watch the game besides the last 3 minutes, but from watching the highlights, it looks like the Cravens made an awful lot of stupid mistakes and choices coming to ahead with that other way onside kick.
The weather scare for this game had me concerned but it couldn't have turned out better for me.
In both my leagues I am playing for winning the division and had Mason, Housh, CJ, & Graham going between the two leagues. Ding!!!
My main challengers had Stover, Rudi, & Baltimore D. Double ding!!!

I didn't see the game, but followed it on my phone at work. They didn't throw the ball much in the 2nd half, and he left the field in the 3rd with some undisclosed injury, but returned the next possesion.
Too bad cuz I was hoping he could break 100 so I'd get the 5 pt bonus!!
