AV question....deluxe?

Is it possible to shrink something thats animated so that it will fit as an av here? I have this one I use on myspace that I really like...

no can do bro. animation files are huge...this one is almost 7 times bigger than our limits here....to downsize it means removing frames....and with the limits here, it would limit you to about 2....which will look pretty lame IMO.
