Personally, I don't think this kind of question is answerable. There's simply no way of knowing who's done that and gotten away with it. Nor is there any statistical measure that would assist us in determining the answer. Unless Flotsam thinks otherwise, I'm tempted to lock this down.

Agreed. To me the answer should be Plummer & Favre ( the last 2 on the field incidents) or nothing.
