Having the best team when it no longer matters!

Postby BMadd » Thu Nov 30, 2006 2:30 am

I know that injuries are part of the game, however, in a 12 TEAM LEAGUE I AM GOING TO MISS THE PLAYOFFS WITH THIS TEAM!

Starters
Hasselbeck, Matt
Harrington, Joey
Alexander, Shaun
Westbrook, Brian
Bell, Tatum DEN
Henry, Travis
Lundy, Wali
Gado, Samkon
Boldin, Anquan
Walker, Javon
Bennett, Drew
Bruce, Isaac
Henry, Chris
Crumpler, Alge
Wilkins, Jeff
Eagles, Philadelphia
Giants, New York

I have guys drop like flies every year, so I should be used to this. However, this year has been particularly painful.

How do you accumulate talent like that in a twelve team league? Your injuries did put a nice dent in your plans but I suspect you had a lot of points sitting on your bench each week because you started the wrong guy. Am I right?
