Browns CB Daylon McCutcheon (injured reserve, knee) underwent microfracture surgery a month ago, GM Phil Savage said Thursday.
Nearing age 30, there's a good chance McCutcheon's career is over and a better one that he won't be back in Cleveland next season. The Browns have developed originally unheralded youngsters Jereme Perry, Daven Holly, and obviously Leigh Bodden into quality performers.
