the way the lighting in the sig is....it draws attention away from the render, more to the background. id try bringing out the pic more so its the focal point. the BG is pretty solid, but im not a fan of the text in overlay. i think this sig would be a lot better if you switched the placement of the pic of pittman and the text...so he is in the middle.
