Trivia Bowl replaced by Trivia Blitz

Due to the fact that the interest in the Cafe's trivia quiz had dwindled, we have launched a new game called "Trivia Blitz!" in this forum. We hope that the new game will generate more excitement and interest than the old one did.

The downside is that the ongoing Football Trivia quiz was cancelled. Also, there will be no prize this season, as we are still experimenting with the new game format. We apologize to everyone and anyone who has been participating in the old quiz - we know that canceling a game after it has already been started isn't entirely fair. In the long run, however, we are confident that everyone will benefit when we can get a new and fresh game off the ground as fast as possible, rather than having a game drag along that nobody is really interested in. And last but not least, it will also be easier for us to keep Sporting News sponsoring the game in the years to come. Thanks for your understanding!
