So the posted results are correct, but about 75% through typing this, I actually realized why you asked your question...so I misunderstood twice.
You knew the rules & you were wondering why WaCoug got credit for 7 questions in October, when he hasn't asked any questions all season. Correct? I'm going to assume that I knew what you meant now...so the answer to your original question should've been "no". You do not have to ask questions for your answers to count in the monthly standings. But you do have to ask questions for your answeres to count in the yearly standings.
