Any Yahoo/Espn formated keeper leagues open?

I was in a Yahoo league and loved the format, BUT got shafted by some of the managers that tried to cheat here at the end of the season by a last place team shelling out his good players to two playoff bound teams to beef them up. Am an active manager, and would like to take over an existing team, or enter a new keeper league starting up for next year. I'm in a few smaller FleaFlicker leagues so would like to join another format like Yahoo or espn...Thanks!
