I like them too. I wouldn't say that they are mainly instrumental though.

But, my favorite band hands down is In Flames. They're sick.

Dragonface is fun to watch, but I get bored of them sometimes.

I like DragonForce a fair amount. :-)

I can listen to maybe 2 or 3 songs tops before I have to switch to something else.. but I really like their blend of speed metal and 80's hair metal.

Haven't actually heard In Flames, but I'd like to check them out because I've heard good things.

Definetly Linkin Park, and probably Breaking Benjamin. Both have great songs for working out ;-D .

in addition to pj, i'm pretty much stuck in the 90's, like any good 20 something seattleite should be... soundgarden, alice, mudhoney, etc.....

Wow, sounds like me. The one band I got into when I was about 13 or 14yrs old and have never gotten tired of is Led Zeppelin. Im still a 90's buff. Honestly if you are in your mid 20's like I am you are guaranteed to like one of the following: Nirvana, Pearl Jam(favorite), Soundgarden, Alice in Chains, Janes Addiction, Rage Against the Machine(another fav.) and Green Day.
