Man, that's actually a prety sad story all around: the kid needs help, the mother had him at 15 which is a difficult situation, and no fear/respect for the police at age 12 is not good.

Well anyhow that kid really has some problems. I blame that on the parents for a kid that young.

Heck he's practically too young to even go to juvenile jail.
