Edge?

Postby Humpback » Wed Dec 06, 2006 11:48 am

Anybody know if him not getting the goal line carries is going to continue for the rest of the year? He finally had a chance to have a HUGE game, but then they give them to Shipp. If not, he's certainly not worth starting anymore.

With the success Shipp had in the endzone, I'm thinking that trend will continue. I've actually already stopped starting Edge a few weeks ago.

Bad news for Edge owners this year is that this trend is likely to continue for the rest of the year.

The good news for Dynasty and Keeper league Edge owners is that the coaching staff in Arizona should be completely different next year and that offensive line and offense as a whole should be much better. With the new coaching staff should come a coordinator who balances the game plan a little more and lets the stud carry the ball all the time. Kind of rediculous that Marcell Shipp of all people is stealing goal line touches from Edge.

The O-line in Arizona looks pretty good right now, as long as it is kept together, Edge is going to be good next year. Shipp will most likely get the GL carries the rest of this season, it just seems like Edge is dancing too much before he finds a hole to be effective at the goalline. Especially since Shipp did such an impressive job, scoring on every chance, I don't expect it to change.

Like ever since he signed to play desert ball. I deleted his name from my Cheat Sheet this year just so I wouldn't get drunk and draft him.
CheeseWhiz is a great substitute for plazma.
