I forgot to go outside until 7:30 and the sun was already up. :~(

So I stared directly at the sun and then saw a big spot I pretended was Jupiter.

What stinks is that I missed this. I got up, but by the time I did the sun's glow was too strong and I couldn't see anything. I'll have to check it out tomorrow. They won't be as close, but it'll still be worth seeing.

Yeah it was way too bright at 7am here.

I can't see east very well anyway there are trees and houses and stuff everywhere...

Nope. I missed it and now it's over. I'll have to wait until I'm 89 to see it again, too.

I was up in plenty of time to see it this AM (work day, you know), but it was too cloudy. It's pretty dreary here today.
