Thank you Gore. For stepping up and being the only ray of hope, on a team in which you were the only player to score double digit points.

I guess I'll add to all the man-love here. I actually KNEW he was gonna be a good one (after seeing him play at U of M against my Hokies for a few years) and sweated until I got him in round 9 (sandwiched between Javon Walker and Lee Evans).

I remember in week 6 or 7 everyone was saying he'd had his best games and to sell high! What a crock, the guy is a stud. If he could actually find the endzone more he'd be on a 10 win team (well, maybe Antonio Bryant would also have to step it up).

Norv Turner + last year's ypc were all I needed to put Gore on my list of value draft players. The only problem with having him in my dynasty league is I can never justify starting him with Jackson and Westy in front (its PPR, otherwise I'd do matchups). Still Gore provides invaluable insurance on Westbrook's injury risk, and if nothing else, adds lots of trade potential to build an even better team. Frank Gore, you were my pick of the year, thank you sir!

The best pickup of my draft 9th round in a 12 team league :-D. First I thought he'd just be a bye week or injury replacement, then began to platoon him with McGahee and now he's a stud.

My team was all about depth, but noone was more important than Frank Gore. He put up 20+ points 6 of the last 7 weeks and I won the money. Gore, Portis, and Palmer are looking like a good start for defending the championship next year.

I pinned my hopes on Gore preseason. I traded Droughns and Owens for Reggie Brown and Gore (partially for salary cap reasons) in the offseason in our keeper league. I drafted McCallister and Green, but I've been able to play Gore every week this year and rode him to the championship. Needless to say, I'm signing him to a long term contract. Thanks Frank! You da man!

You'd think this thread would be longer.

He's gotta be the SOD '06, and considering his ADP those of you in keeper leagues have to be giddy at the prospect of giving up a 5th rounder or so to hang onto him.

H**luva year Frankie. ;-D Wish I'd been along for the ride. :,-(
